Group Classes

Pole Fundamentals

Our pole fundamentals classes focus on individual pole tricks, transitions, base work, floor work and more.

Pole Fundamentals will have a variety of tricks and can be taken at your own pace until you feel ready to move up.

(Heels are encouraged but not required)

Pole Fundamentals are encouraged to be taken in the following order:

  • Level 1 (Introductory Fundamentals)

  • Level 2 (Beginner Fundamentals)

  • Level 3 (Intermediate Fundamentals)

  • Level 4 (Advanced Fundamentals)

  • Level 5 (Pro Fundamentals)

Choreography Series

Our Choreography Series is the perfect way to take your pole dancing to the next level. We currently offer four choreography classes:

X is perfect for those wanting to learn the stylings of Old School and New School Russian Xotic, and Russian Hardstyle.

  • X 1 (intro/beginner)

  • X 2 (intermediate/advanced)

Erotic Freestyle is perfect for those wanting to find their sensuality and flow. Focusing on your bodies own erotic movements with no judgements, no standards, and no expectations this class helps you harness your own sensuality and power. This is a freestyle class with prompts; the prompts are given to help you get more comfortable in finding your own unique flow. Freestyle is perfect for learning stage presence and how to create your own choreography over time through freestyled movements.

Attire: Stripper Heels encouraged but not required, whatever makes you feel sexy and  comfortable

Take a Seat is suitable for all levels. This class is a chair dance class that works on the many aspects of the chair as an apparatus! Incorporating sexy, lap dancing, burlesque, strip tease, pole and chair, and more! This class is sure to give you some fuel to your fire!

Attire: Whatever makes you feel good

Twerk Lika Stripper is perfect for everybody! This class focuses on both twerking and choreography. This type of twerk is more sensual and brings out the inner baddie. You can use these moves on stage or in the bedroom! 

Attire: Stripper Heels encouraged but not required, Knee Pads may be needed, shorts or less that are not restricting

Melted is suitable for all levels. This class is a choreography dance class that works on slow rotations around the pole and floor in a "melting" style. Melted focuses on doing the choreography on one side and then flipping the choreography to mirror it on the other side. 

Attire: workout pants or sweats, and socks are perfect for this class

Melted+ is suitable for intermediate and advanced students. This class is a choreography dance class that works on slow static rotations around the pole and  in and out of moves in a "melting" style. Melted focuses on doing the choreography on one side and then flipping the choreography to mirror it on the other side. 

Attire: skin grip may be needed for this class

Level 1/2 Pole Combos

Level 1/2 Pole Combos is perfect for Level 1 and Level 2 students wanting to put the moves they learn in fundamentals together in combos. Utilizing the pole tricks we learn in class, we will use unique and fun transitions to create short starter combos on both spin and static pole.

Level 3/4 Pole Combos

Level 3/4 Pole Combos is perfect for Level 3 and Level 4 students wanting to put the moves they learn in fundamentals together in combos. Utilizing the pole tricks we learn in class, we will use unique and fun transitions to create longer complicated combos on both spin and static pole.

Belly Dance

Deep Stretch- Splits

Our Deep Stretch-Splits class is the perfect way to achieve greater flexibility in your splits in a safe and effective way. Our experienced instructors will guide your body through a series of mindful stretching techniques that will help increase your range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and help get you into your splits! This class is perfect for anyone with a job where they sit for most of the day.

Our Deep Stretch-Back class is the perfect way to achieve greater flexibility in your entire back in a safe and effective way. Our experienced instructors will guide your body through a series of mindful stretching techniques that will help increase your range of motion, reduce shoulder tension associated with pole and computer related work, and help get your back to its strongest and bendiest self!

Polelates combines the best of both worlds! Pole and Pilates! Learn unique ways to train and strengthen your joints and muscles that will help you both on and off the pole!​

Conditioned

Conditioned is the perfect class for those looking to gain strength and power on and off the pole. This class focuses on building strength and increasing endurance through a variety of exercises and drills. It is designed to help you become a stronger pole dancer while also improving your overall fitness goals.

Our Sliding Scale Class is open to everyone, and allows you to pay what you can. This unique offering is limited to 10 spots, so be sure to sign up quickly! Our sliding scale classes offer a great opportunity to participate in pole dancing no matter your budget. This class changes every week depending on the instructor it could be anything from an intro class to a specialized one off class, like "Perfecting the Pirouette", catch our instagram stories to see what it is for that week!

Open Gym

Open Gym at our pole studio is perfect for those who want to work on their pole dancing skills independently. It is a self-lead class that allows you to practice the moves and tricks you’ve learned in a more relaxed environment. Our trained staff is available for guidance and support throughout the session.

Community Open Jam

Community Open Jam is open to everyone, and allows you to come dance with other community members for free every Sunday from 1pm-4pm. This time is a great opportunity to meet your fellow community members and learn together or take time to do some self guided open pole.
